Job description:
Working in a Manufacturing organization which is responsible for manufacturing Active Biological Ingredients
The people leader in manufacturing operations is responsible for management of a group, whose primary focus is on the execution of manufacturing processes, maintaining a culture of compliance and innovation within their assigned Asset Group.
The team leader will need to guide the people in their group with experience and technical knowledge to lead troubleshooting activities, provide investigations support, analyze process data, and identify and implement process improvements.
Qualification:
- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Master’s degree in a science or engineering discipline strongly preferred. At least two years in a cGMP environment with increasing responsibility, and supervisory experience is also highly desirable.
- TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Mammalian biomanufacturing skills – upstream and downstream
Equipment validation approach
Experience with audits
Knowledge of cell cultivation techniques, cell separation operation with centrifugation, column purification /membrane based operations, and equipment IQ, OQ, PQ approaches are desirable.
